- Bachelor of Science Degree minimum, Masters Degree Preferred.
- Licensed and currently registered to practice as a professional Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut.
- Psychiatric nursing experience with acute care, dual disorder and eating disorder population, preferred.
- Scheduled Hours: 3:45 pm to 12 am.
- Responsible for safety and efficiency of the patient-care staff throughout the facility.
- Communicates and trouble-shoots ongoing patient care issues.
- Mentors patient-care staff.
- Assures that the facility is properly staffed.
- Provides and maintains a safe and therapeutic milieu.

Registered Nurse Relief Supervisor position
Full Time Evening Position Available – 3:45pm to 12am Monday - Thursday
Currently weekends are not required, but we reserve the right to amend the schedule to the departments needs which may include every other weekend shifts.
Enjoy working in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team structure. Psychiatric nursing experience with acute care or dual disorder patient populations required. The ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment where the total emphasis is on delivering optimum patient care is vital.
A qualified candidate will provide oversight of and leadership to the care/services provided by employees of a free-standing psychiatric hospital. Collaborates with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement processes to ensure the efficient and effective achievement of patient/client outcomes in accordance with physician orders.
