  • Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage
  • Follow-up and ensure successfully placed candidates are happy in their new roles
  • Brief candidates to ensure they are fully prepared for the interview process
  • Support candidates in negotiating mutually beneficial terms

  • 3+ years of business development sales experience and/or 3+ years of 360 recruitment experience
  • Outstanding communication ability and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team
  • Confident and pleasant personality
