serve as the primary point of contact for commercial lines product specially bop ca wc gl im understands and communicates the product vision roadmap and priorities for commercial lines products in alignment business stakeholders collaborate with underwriting actuarial operations and it teams to ensure alignment with business objectives completely owning your team s products from ideation through development to launch growth and maintenance working closely with design ux teams to define the customer journey create an user experience lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to elicit document business requirements translate business needs into clear actionable user stories acceptance criteria for development teams ensure compliance regulatory requirements internal risk management standards participate in uat validate that delivered solutions meet business expectations partner scrum master development teams timely delivery of product increments owns scrum team backlog fulfillment work oversee leads analyst development activities assures appropriate user stories written ready shared developers each sprint acts main point contact between scrum teams internal stakeholders assures proper management prioritization product backlog items sprints assists scrum team meets objectives sprint improves iteration identifies areas improvement product process keeps stakeholders informed status product strong analytical problem solving skills experience digital platforms experience working ux ui demonstrated experience commercial insurance products underwriting ux ui comfort working data sql analytics tools validate assumptions outcomes excellent written verbal communication skills especially explaining complex workflows clearly
