    We are on the lookout for a real estate acquisitions specialist. You'll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best. The ideal candidate is a talented agent who is persuasive, confident, and detail-oriented. Team lead generation and sales is a big part of this upside commission opportunity.     Compensation:

    $85,000 - $125,000 at plan

    Responsibilities:
    • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales
    • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
    • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close
    • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
    • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
    • Team and individual lead generation
    • Find acquisition properties
    • Develop builder, developer, and contractor network
    • Investment property lead generation
    • Investment property lead follow up
    • Listing appointments
    • Investment property buyer and seller sales
    • Close sales
    • Sales scripts mastery
    Qualifications:
    • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
    • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
    • Real estate license required
