- Lead a team of (2) Process Technicians to eliminate non-value-added activities and embed Lean culture throughout the facility.
- Partner with plant leadership to identify continuous improvement projects, define objectives, and execute detailed action plans.
- Manage multiple, concurrent, cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Develop and adapt training materials and presentations to educate staff on Lean concepts and tools.
- Facilitate and lead Lean activities such as Kaizens, promoting widespread adoption of Lean methodologies.
- Assist in the rollout and deployment of Polaris's Lean training materials to enhance organizational knowledge and practices.
- Leadership: You are a natural leader, capable of inspiring your team and influencing across departments to adopt new processes and improvements.
- Analytical Thinking: You possess strong analytical skills, are able to dissect complex problems, and craft clear, effective solutions.
- Project Management: You are adept at managing diverse projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment and exceptional execution.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in Lean manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience facilitating Kaizens and applying Lean methodologies.
- Strong communication skills, able to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and solid analytical capabilities.
- Demonstrated excellence in project management.
- CAD experience is a plus, but not required.
