- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the polymer film and adhesive industry
- Manage the technical aspects of our polymer film and adhesive products, including product design, development, and testing
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that products are manufactured to meet customer specifications
- Challenge: As a Polymer TPM for our company, you will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of our polymer film and adhesive products. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that these products meet the high standards of quality, performance, and reliability that our customers expect.
