Job Description:
Clerk needed to convert hard copy documents to digital images. This work will occur in the Records Center but the primary role is to conduct document conversion activities (e.g. scanning) for programs. This work is critical to achieve agency goal of converting its paper records into electronic form. The expectation would be to convert one box of paper records to digital format per day.

Skills Required
Proficient with MS Office Computer skills Detail oriented Organized Exceptional data entry skills

Experience Required
At least 1 year of related clerical/document management work experience. Must be recent.

Education Required
High school diploma or equivalency required.

Education Preferred
Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
