    Position Overview

    One of our Partners in Miami, FL, is seeking four experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (
    CRNAs) for ongoing full-time coverage.


    This is a high-volume surgical environment within a Level I trauma facility (no trauma cases assigned for this role) offering consistent weekday hours with structured weekend coverage and no call requirements.


    Pay Ranking:
    Competitive mid-market compensation (approximately Top 40–50% nationally based on 2025–2026
    CRNA locum pay data)

    Assignment Highlights

    Schedule:
    Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (8-hour shifts)

    Minimum 20 shifts per month

    160+ hours monthly

    Weekend Requirement: 2 weekend days per month (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM; 12-hour shifts)

    No call responsibilities

    Ongoing assignment

    Temp/Expedited Privileges: 90 days (clean files only)
