- Provide leadership to Youth Intensive Outpatient Program teams
- Support the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of psychotherapy services for patients of the Youth Intensive Outpatient Program
- Provide and supervise the provision of individual and family therapy, process group, and parent-group services for adolescent patients and their caregivers
- Coordinate continuity of care with providers external to the treatment team as appropriate throughout the patient's engagement within the program
- Lend your therapy lens expertise to the treatment team members and across the organization, as desired and as appropriate
- Engage actively in supporting colleagues and other staff throughout the PrairieCare system, as interested and as appropriate
- Supervise Master's level family therapy, counseling, or social work junior-level/pre-licensed associate therapists and/or interns
- Master's degree
- Current license in the State of Minnesota as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Psychologist (LP)
- 3-5 years of post-licensed experience preferred
- In good standing with your professional licensing board
- Oriented and educated in providing trauma informed, person centered, culturally responsive care
- Experience in intensive psychiatric healthcare settings preferred; we provide extensive training as needed
- Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate in written and verbal form
- Computer skills using Microsoft Office products including Word and Outlook and electronic health records
