- Work with Sanitation Supervisor and QA Manager on Sanitation PM programs.
- Work on and develop effective filler and equipment cleaning procedures.
- Monitor plant sanitation and good manufacturing practices daily so that high standards of sanitation are maintained. Will give the intern valuable experience and understanding of food sanitation and Plant GMPs.
- Update SOPs and lab training paperwork.
- Other assignments in the QA department as needed.
