    Position Overview:

    The HR Director will be responsible for leading the human resources team and driving the development, implementation, and monitoring of HR initiatives and policies that are conducive to the company's growth and success.

    The HR Director will ensure the company's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

    They will provide leadership and support to their team and ensure effective management of processes such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement HR initiatives, policies, and procedures that are aligned with the companys objectives.
    Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes, including the development of job descriptions and selection criteria.
    Manage the performance management process for all employees.
    Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues.
    Ensure compliance with EEO laws, wage and hour laws, and other relevant labor laws.
    Understand the overall business strategy and ensure that HR initiatives and processes are in line with it.
    Manage the company's financial resources related to HR.Effectively communicate and collaborate with all stakeholders.
    Analyze, solve, and document complex problems.
    Lead HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
    Oversee the benefits administration process.
    Make sure the company is in compliance with SHRM standards and policies.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of experience in Human Resources Management.
    Strong knowledge of applicable EEO laws, wage & hour laws, and labor laws.
    Employee relations expertise. Manage recruiting activities and new employee onboarding. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    Strong project management skills.
