- Provide Tier technical support hardware software operating systems network-related issues li Administer support Microsoft services including Exchange Teams SharePoint OneDrive Azure AD li Manage user accounts permissions security groups device policies li Troubleshoot maintain desktops laptops mobile devices printers peripherals li Support manage SaaS applications user provisioning access control integrations troubleshooting li Diagnose resolve system performance issues Windows macOS environments Jira track incidents requests changes clear documentation Assists onboarding/offboarding processes system access hardware setup license management Apply security practices MFA endpoint protection patching data protection policies Escalate collaborate vendors internal teams needed Contribute IT documentation knowledge bases process improvements Support projects such as upgrades migrations new technology rollouts ul>
