- Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns and prepares ongoing reports and data visualizations (e.g., charts, dashboards, heat maps) in order to support business decisions.
- Designs and produces actionable reports that define, build and visualize key performance indicators (KPIs), display root cause analysis, and identify areas of improvement.
- Synthesizes data to develop actionable insights and recommendations reflecting both an understanding of the data as well as an understanding of the underlying business process(es).
- Uses visualization, storytelling and prescriptive insights with the data.
- Designs, develops, tests and launches new data products and dashboards into production.

Description
As a Business Intelligence Analyst on the Commercial Agribusiness Data & Analytics team, you'll translate business requests into actionable intelligence by creating reports, dashboards, and other analytical outputs. You will be part of a growing team and have the opportunity to bring ideas and input to help shape how we can better serve our user community.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL.
