The incumbent serves as Downtown Specialist with focus on downtown cleanliness and supervision of the Brighten Bloomington program;
responsible for general maintenance,
upkeep,
and first-line customer contact for merchants,citizens,and visitors in Bloomington's downtown and day to day operations
of contractual crews involved in the Brighten Bloomington Program.
