    Jefferson Healthcare ) is looking for two highly motivated HR Operations Partners to join our growing & fast-paced team. A HR Operations Partner will work with the organization's leadership team, workforce members, and other human resources functions to ensure alignment and drive human resources strategies, initiatives, and programs. Reporting to the Chief HR Officer (CHRO), the HR Operations Partner will serve as a consultant to leaders on Human Resource policies, procedures, and practices and will provide guidance and expertise in a collaborative, efficient, customer-service-orientated manner to ensure value added service.

    Some job duties include:

    • Proactively conducts regular meetings with respective business units, provides consultation and guidance, and responds to written, phone, and system-delivered inquiries
    • Collaborates across human resources functions to facilitate integrated solutions related to human resources projects, initiatives, policies, programs and practices
    • Coordinates across human resources and operational areas to implement methods that deliver efficient and customer-service oriented support to managers
    • Works closely with CHRO to conduct day-to-day HR operations consistent with strategic plan, project and initiatives management plans, and HR standard operating procedures and work flows
    • Serves as liaison to HR Employee and Labor Relations and Regulatory Compliance function as needed to ensure operational guidance is consistent with federal and state and local regulations and CBA contents
    • Works closely with the leadership team and across other human resources functions to ensure training, development, and education efforts are effective
    • Works closely with HRIS in preparation and analysis of data for use in discussions and to participate in development of career ladders, job descriptions,
    • Collaborates with the HR change management function to ensure leaders are full engaged implementing and measuring effectiveness of changes including communications plans

    Education and/or Experience

    • Bachelor's degree and two (2) years' HR or related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
    • Working knowledge of human resource functions required
    • Healthcare experience helpful
    • PHR helpful

    Schedule: 1.0 FTE; exempt
