- At least 6 months of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities such as Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, etc).
- In place of experience: Completed college credits
- Reliable transportation & the ability to travel minutes from your place of residence to provide home and/or school sessions where public transportation may or may not be available.
- Valid Driver's License
- Active auto insurance or the ability to obtain auto insurance.
- Available for hours per week.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- US Work authorization.
- Ability to navigate and utilize basic technology such as tablet usage, electronic documentation, email, calendar, etc. Location:

- Provide direct 1:1 support to individuals diagnosed with autism (or a related disorder) in their homes, schools, and/or community.
- Teach children & youth how to communicate, socialize, and play through the use of research-based techniques. Not to worry - we will teach you all of our best techniques during training
- Collaborate with BHW clinicians to implement detailed plans you will follow when working with your client.
- Encouraging your clients and helping them to reach their highest potential. Let's not forget to celebrate their progress along the way Interview Process:
