About the Role:

This position is responsible for delivering high-quality decorative finishes to various surfaces within our facilities. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and excellent painting skills.

• Assess surface requirements and estimate material needs for wall, floor, and ceiling repairs or remodels.
• Apply paint, varnish, or stain using brushes, rollers, spray guns, or airless equipment.
• Clean and prepare surfaces by removing old paint, repairing damaged areas, and ensuring a smooth finish.
• Rig ladders and staging equipment as needed for painting operations.
• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to standard safety protocols.

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Prior experience in painting, decorating, or related field.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Familiarity with standard paint products and equipment.
