Creating a world where we all have more time with the people we love.This role is based in Global MSAT, Engineering, and Sustainability (PTT), an organization that is responsible for ensuring Pharma Technical Operations (PT) stays at the forefront of technology in our current and future facilities.
PTT plays a key role in leading seamless industrialization and thorough technical product management through integrating SHE, proactive maintenance, facility fitness, performance optimization, and scalable manufacturing processes and technologies in support of the manufacturing network.
Responsibilities
- Develop global strategy for asset lifecycle management including acquisition utilization maintenance and decommissioning oversee global asset operations to ensure consistency compliance performance optimization Establish global standard KPIs metrics for asset management develop implement mitigations for any under performing metrics Set up governance structures meeting routines escalation paths decision forums lead change management initiatives communication plans training programs to ensure adoption of new standards Lead FENT subteam(s) driving industry leading deployment performance current future assets to flexibly reliably effectively enable manufacturing operations within PT network Actively contribute development best practices continuous improvement opportunities analyzing failure modes root causes preventive strategies across regions close collaboration Operational Excellence group Collaborate with teams align lifecycle strategies enterprise objectives influence senior leadership demonstrating value reliability lifecycle strategies achieve long term business goals Deploy advanced analytics tools platforms track reliability performance lifecycle maintenance metrics integrate digital solutions CMMS IoT systems data visualization platforms support real-time decision making improve standardization
