Description:The forklift operator will be responsible for the following job duties on the receiving dock:

Running sit down forklifts to unload shipments coming in on trucks and stage them for put away
Utilize RF scanning equipment to scan bar codes on wrapped skids and enter the shipment into the warehouse management system
Use stand up reach trucks (Crown) and cherry picker forklifts (Yale, Crown) to take skids from staging areas to the warehouse for put away
SPECIFICALLY LOOKING FOR "stand
up reach" preferably Crown brand (silver grey color)

Best vs. Average candidate
Someone with at least 1 year of prior forklift experience is required but 2+ years is preferred.
If someone has prior stand up Crown forklift experience and has prior shipping and receiving in the below functions they would be a great fit.- Loading and unloading trucks- Running sit down and stand up forklift- Using RF scanning equipment- Entering received shipments into warehouse
