LINE COOKS
We are searching for career oriented cooks with a deep passion for the hospitality and restaurant industry We highly value a good attitude, work-ethic, communication, sense of urgency, team-player mentality and a love for our craft. Cooks who take pride in their work. Who shows up on time to prep your station. Keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times. Cooks with all levels of experience are welcomed. Full time employment is preferred.
Responsibilities:
In this position, your principal goal will be to prepare high-quality meals that meet the management's exact specifications.
Must be able to effectively communicate and follow directions.
Must be able to show up consistently on time
You will be responsible for setting up the prep station, stocking inventory, and maintaining sanitation standards. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and multi-tasking skills. Ultimately, you will play an essential role in contributing to our customer satisfaction, restaurant growth, and will be compensated for your hard work.
Prepare raw ingredients and follow recipes.
Use proper portioning techniques.
Read tickets to determine what/when items need to be prepared.
Clean station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces to ensure station is clean and sanitized at all times.
Check with manager every day and throughout your shift for ANY additional duties needed for your shift
Physical Requirements:
1. The ability to lift 25/pounds regularly & unassisted
2. The ability to respond quickly to sounds
3. The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
4. The ability to work in cold/hot temperatures
5. The ability to perform repetitive standing, walking, squatting, bending, kneeling, twisting, stooping, balancing, reaching, pushing
*Wages are summed up with hourly plus tips
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $ $26.00/hour.
