Job Title:
Administrative Assistant

Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire

Pay:
$18 - $22/hr


Location:
Orlando, FL (MCO)


Must Have Qualifications:
2+ years of Administrative Assistant related experience
Experience providing administrative support at an executive level
Microsoft Suite and Adobe Acrobat experience
Strong organizational and communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:
Sunshine Law experience


Job Description:
This is a high level administrative coordinator who supports the people who run the airport authority.

They prepare board meeting materials, organize logistics, handle sensitive documents, take minutes, keep track of board member requirements, manage travel plans, and make sure everything follows Sunshine Law rules.

They work with executives, attorneys, and multiple departments, and they often operate independently. They are the person who keeps board operations running smoothly.


Compensation:
$18/hr to $20/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.


Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment.

Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
