    ** Summer Guest Services / Activities Attendant**

    **Description**

    **Essential Functions:**

    Knowledge of Arizona Snowbowl facilities and services. A thorough understanding of Snowbowls tickets, season passes, promotions, and discounts is expected.

    Customer service skills while interacting with diverse guests and their needs. This includes being able and ready to greet every guest with a smile and answer their question(s) accurately and politely. Pleasant and well-developed social skills are a must.

    Accurate and proficient basic math skills with attention to detail to result in accurate cash handling in a fast paced environment. Daily drawer balancing is required.

    Deal with basic problem solving situations

    Familiarity with computers, software, and phone system

    Familiarity and compliance with department policies.

    Ability to answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service over the phone.

    Able to answer emails professionally

    Ability to restock retail items and keep the retail section clean and orderly. (i.e.)folding T-shirts, zipping up jackets, stocking and facing inventory.

    Responsible for cleanliness of Sport Shop and tunnel

    Able to work at any Activity within the department

    Outstanding work ethic and attendance; willingness to work holidays and weekends

    Providing outstanding customer service, teamwork, and ability to collaborate with others daily

    Be willing to jump in and help wherever needed

    Commitment to providing a safe work environment for employees and guests

    **Experience Requirements:**

    Previous experience on a POS/ using cash drawer

    Basic math skills

    Experience working in a customer service position

    **Physical Requirements:**

    Consistent, timely arrival for beginning of shift

    Able to move and carry at least 25 pounds

    Cleaning/ maintaining lodge and department areas such as windows, picking up trash, ect

    Standing for extended periods

    Being in an outside mountain environment
