Job summary
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) role requires strong leaders who mirror the company and General Manager's vision. AGM's must provide positive communication and direction throughout shifts.Responsibilities include shift operations, schedule writing, training, interviewing and hiring, cash handling,
inventory management and unit operations. Requirements include lifting up to 15-20 lbs,
computer knowledge and a valid driver's license. A manager Food Safety Certificate is also required.
