The Director Insurance Learning Development will architect deliver Virtuss enterprise training ecosystem including new hire onboarding Property Casualty technical training workflow systems training client service standards professional development CE accredited programming to support licensing requirements.Responsibilities
- CURRICULUM ARCHITECTURE DEVELOPMENT Build structured P C curriculum covering technical functional operational professional competencies Develop role based learning paths for Account Executives Account Managers Client Account Specialists Create scalable training model aligned with Virtus workflows systems service standards Lead future expansion into Benefits training with additional resources
- TRAINING DELIVERY Facilitate in person virtual hybrid training programs Deliver sessions on coverage fundamentals renewal execution marketing workflows client communication service excellence Coach emerging talent through scenario based learning skills reinforcement
- CE ACCREDITATION LICENSING SUPPORT Obtain maintain Kansas Missouri continuing education provider status for Virtus Design continuing education eligible courses manage approvals attendance tracking compliance documentation Ensure training programs satisfy regulatory licensing requirements across jurisdictions
