Job summary

This is a contract to hire role with a hybrid schedule. The employee will work remotely two days a week and on-site the remaining three days.

Responsibilities

  • Support office general tasks such as scanning, labeling, uploading documents, setting appointments, faxing and maintaining client records.
  • Manage internal communication.
  • Support onboarding of new employees.
