The Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly qualified and career-minded Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care in patient's home.

You would be responsible for following the physician ordered plan of care. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team of nursing and therapists as well as patients and their families.

The area of coverage for this position is the cities of:
Parkville, Riverside, North Kanas City, Platte City, Weston, Smithville, Trimble.

Shift:
Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.


The Work:
Administration of professional nursing services. Ensuring patients receive services in accordance with their care plan
Provide wound and ostomy care
Patient education on medications and disease management
Obtaining lab specimens
Demonstrating excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor at all times

Driver's License - Various, Family Care Safety Registry - Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services, Licensed Practical Nurse (KS) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS), Licensed Practical Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
