    Position Overview

    The Warehouse Coordinator supervises receipt, dispatch, and storage of materials, tools, equipment, and vehicles. Additionally, Warehouse Coordinator oversee security, sanitation, and administrative functions.

    This position is located in Bloomington, IN .

    Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage warehouse operations including the loading of materials, assembling orders, general cleaning, organization, stocking, and repairs
  • Requisition tools, materials, parts, and supplies in accordance with company guidelines and procedures
  • Receive, document, verify, and record quantities and quality of requisitioned items, tools, materials, parts, and supplies
  • Provide regular reporting to management
  • Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse, office building, and structures
  • Provide after hours support for critical timelines
  • Work with the Construction Manager to achieve goals and construction efforts, ensuring that teams have all the necessary supplies
  • Perform weekly cycle counts of inventory to reconcile against material management software records
  • All other duties as required or assigned
  • Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in similar role managing materials and inventory;Telecom/utility experience strongly preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Competency in Microsoft and G-Suite applications; Experience with AirTable preferred
  • Familiar with supply chain and inventory management preferred
  • Basic Math skills and data entry skills
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines - excellent time management skills are essential
  • Knowledge and operational skills of various machinery such as booms, forklift, etc is required OSHA forklift certification required
  • Valid driver's license required - CDL preferred with clean driving record

  • Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to perform the essential job functions of the position – withstand extreme weather conditions, extensive walking or time spent standing, ability to bend, twist, push, pull, lift 50 lbs.
  • Work is performed both indoors and outside in the elements
  • Mobility required within an office, warehouse, and construction site environments
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • May experience long hours of standing and moving
