ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Complete assembly of various models of machines following established proceduresMove machines as requiredVerify completed machines meet quality standards and initial paperworkUse a manual and electric pallet jackNON-ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Perform other duties as assigned
GENERAL ASSEMBLER REQUIREMENTS:
0 - 3 years related cross-functional assembly experience including operation of hand tools, gauges, torque wrenchesAbility to operate small air, hand, and electric toolsAbility to read work instructions and drawingsAbility to effectively communicate in English (read, speak, and understand)Ability to accurately read a tape measure
ASSEMBLER I REQUIREMENTS:
Qualified for 0 to <50% of the stations on two-three lines depending on identified line difficulty.
Primary work performed in Benches or Sub 1 stations.
ASSEMBLER II REQUIREMENTS:
Qualified for all stations on one line depending on identified line difficulty and/or qualified for more than 50% of the stations on two-three lines
