- Analyze and resolve deductions:Investigate the root causes of customer deductions,such as pricing discrepancies,shortages or promotional allowances.
- Reconcile accounts:Ensure customer accounts are accurate by processing deductions ,issuing credit memos for valid claims,and recovering invalid ones.
