Job summary
The Human Resources Generalist will provide HR, Training, and Health & Safety support for the manufacturing facility.Responsibilities
- Provide guidance, counsel, and assistance to managers and supervisors for employee grievances, attendance, and performance
- Administers hourly employee benefit plans and programs
- Leads the recruitment, selection, and onboarding for all plant production and support personnel ensuring headcount is aligned with budget and sales forecast
- Maintains health safety environmental practices are adhered to reports Plant Manager Upper-Level Management monitors maintains compliance applicable Federal State regulatory rules maintain employee records including but not limited payroll temporary agency creates maintains communication systems bulletin boards announcements updates KPIs facility performs tasks assigned h4Qualifications/h4
- Bilingual in Spanish
