    We are looking for a skilled

    Marketing & Communications Director

    to join our client's growing team.

    In this role you will support the efforts of the Vice President of Sales & Marketing in the development of the overall corporate marketing plan and development and implementation of all marketing and communications initiatives.

    With strategic capability, project management proficiency and excellent communication/organizational skills, you will oversee all marketing/communications activity and the achievement of marketing goals in a manner that is on time and on budget.


    Responsibilities:
    Create annual marketing plan and budget in collaboration with VP of Sales & Marketing.
    Develop and manage all marketing initiatives from concept to execution.
    Oversee marketing program business goals, timelines and budget.
    Collaborate with other departments and/or other Tennessee Farm Bureau organizations in support of marketing/communications efforts.

    Manage all digital platforms including:
    SEO/PPC, social media, website and email marketing.

    Manage all traditional platforms including:
    direct mail, print, tv, radio, outdoor and events.
    Track and report all measurable marketing activity and campaign milestones.
    Evaluate marketing program effectiveness and development of recommendations to maximize ROI.
    Develop tools and best practices that support continued improvement of all marketing initiatives.
    Supervise a team of Marketing Support Staff [currently includes Marketing Specialist (Graphic Design/General Marketing) and Marketing Specialist (Digital Focus)].
