    Location: ONSITE in Burbank, California. You must already reside within a 60-minute drivable distance. No relocation offered. MUST be onsite 5 days a week. 9-6, or 10-7. Occasional meetings to accommodate international partners between 6-8 PM (but you can be at home for those).

    Compensation Range: USD $80K-$105K

    Our client is a leading high-end drone and camera manufacturer with a commitment to innovation and excellence in aerial imaging technology. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our North America Marketing team as an Influencer Marketing Specialist. This role will be pivotal in driving growth for our client's action camera product line, focusing on collaborative opportunities with athletes and influential content creators in outdoor activities.

    As part of the team, you will work closely with the marketing manager to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies tailored to the North American market.To excel in this role, candidates should possess a strong understanding of sports marketing, demonstrated experience in relationship management with external partners, and ideally, familiarity with action camera products.

    Responsibilities:

    Joining our client's North America Marketing team, the Influencer Marketing Specialist will drive growth for our client's action camera product line. This role entails seeking marketing opportunities for collaboration with athletes and influential content creators in outdoor activities. A strong grasp of sports marketing, proven relationship management with external partners, and experience with action camera products are essential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the marketing manager to devise influencer marketing strategies and execute campaigns.
    • Identify optimal external partners (particularly social media influencers, athletes, and content creators in outdoor activities) based on diverse marketing requirements.
    • Negotiate and oversee contractual commitments, implement effective metrics for goal assessment, and maintain proactive, positive relationships with external partners.
    • Engage partners in our client's product launch campaigns, content creation projects, event participation, beta testing, and feedback sessions.
    • Oversee the lifecycle of video and photo content supplied by partners, from acquisition to approval to publication and storage within our content library.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and brand partners to amplify the reach and impact of our client's content.
    • Conduct research on relevant industry experts, competitors, target audiences, and users in North America.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sports Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
    • 2-3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, sports marketing, retail, sales, or product management with a prominent global brand.
    • Proficiency in cultivating and managing relationships with existing and potential partners, including influencers and content creators.
    • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, alongside strong analytical capabilities, tenacity, business acumen, and self-motivation.
    • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience with managing 30+ influencer partnerships at once.

    Preferred:

    Experience in influencer sponsorships, cross-team coordination, or project management

    Passion for sports, outdoor activities, videography, photography, or the camera industry.

    In-depth knowledge of the North American social media and creative landscape.

    Proven experience with successful campaigns
