- Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, labor, and company regulations

- Communicate regularly with team members, guests, and fellow managers
- Support whole-house operations as part of a unified leadership team
- At least 2 years of kitchen management experience (required)
- At least 3 years of pizza chef or BOH cooking experience (required)
- ServSafe Certification required
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Working knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and inventory management
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work 11-hour shifts
- Nights, weekends, and holidays required

About The Role
As Kitchen Manager, you'll bring our kitchen experience to life through strong leadership, consistent execution, and a commitment to quality and teamwork. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your leadership directly impacts food quality, team development, and the overall guest experience.
