We're searching for an Automotive Service Advisor who sets the standard — someone customers trust, technicians rely on, and management counts on to keep the operation running smoothly.
This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for a proven professional who knows how to drive revenue while maintaining integrity, efficiency, and exceptional customer experience. Ongoing training is required for every team member to ensure consistent excellence. We employ only skilled technicians — no lube or C-level positions — so our advisors can confidently recommend needed repairs. Our technicians work on a 100% flat-rate commission, aligning everyone's success with shop performance and earning potential.
What You'll Bring to the Team
- At least 2 years of experience as an automotive service advisor (preferred)
- Strong communication and consultative sales skills
- Thorough understanding of estimates, repair orders, and warranty procedures
- Ability to explain technical repairs in clear, customer-friendly terms
- High level of accountability, urgency, and professionalism
- Passion for the automotive industry and delivering quality service

- Competitive, performance-driven compensation (100% commission) $60,000–$100,000 annually (based on experience and results)
