- Operate pharmaceutical packaging equipment to achieve maximum efficiency, minimal rejects, and consistent product quality
- Perform equipment setup, operation, cleaning, and product-to-product changeovers in accordance with batch records and SOPs
- Conduct line clearance and ensure correct status labeling throughout all stages of the packaging process
- Execute routine cleaning and preventive maintenance; assist with troubleshooting packaging-related issues
- Ensure all equipment calibrations are completed and properly documented
- Complete batch documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Perform in-process checks and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by SOPs
- Maintain strict adherence to cGMP, FDA, OSHA, and internal compliance requirements
- Report deviations, equipment issues, and safety concerns to supervisors promptly
- Work collaboratively within a team environment and independently when required
- Support training of other employees as needed
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and organization within the department
- Remain flexible to work extended hours to meet production schedules
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Participate in all required onboarding, refresher, and safety training programs
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures during machine operation and material handling
- Ensure safe use of equipment in accordance with equipment manuals and safety guidelines
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Technical certificate or college degree (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of pharmaceutical or packaging experience (preferred)
- Basic understanding of mechanical machinery and control systems
- Knowledge of cGMP and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
