Job Description:

Provides support and guidance to associate level resources by educating on subject matter expertise and assisting with complex issues. Researches and evaluates emerging enterprise application delivery services technologies to support solution recommendations and team planning efforts. Communicates effectively with team members and leadership regarding ticket and project status. Maintains accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance logs, and inventory updates as directed. Maintains an active, working mobile phone at all times in order to support team members and the organization as needed. Position requires that employee must have the ability to make and receive business-related phone calls and text messages 24 hours a day and seven days per week during on-call assignment. However, even when not on-call, employee should be reasonably available for technical escalations as needed. Maintains an effective and accurate information resource library to include software, system documentation, disaster recovery procedures, and related standards. Participates in training sessions to develop knowledge of collaboration based platforms. Ensures system security by implementing security measures and protocols. Analyzes issues and communicates findings and suggestions clearly to peers and leadership. Develops relationships with senior level resources and participates in large-scale IT projects. Maintains awareness of management responsibilities and project status, including potential delays or concerns. Participates in the execution of the IT Roadmap. Provides support and guidance to leadership and senior level resources by contributing subject matter expertise. Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Work Experience:

• 1+ experience with hmc mgmt., mksysb, scripting [Required]
• 1+ experience with san fabric management [Required]
• 3+ experience in imaging systems or information technology support role [Required]
• 3+ experience with aix management [Required]
• 3+ experience with emc storage management [Required]
• 3+ rhel operating system [Required]
• 3+ systems engineering experience in a work environment [Required]
• Experience comprehending technical manuals and instructions [Required]
• Experience implementing, managing and supporting relevant equipment (such as server hardware, for example HP, IBM, Dell, etc.) [Required]
• Experience in Virtualization technology, Active directory and domain, database connections, terminal servers, Citrix Xen app, Xen desktop, farms, Zones, Provisioning (High Availability), IIS, Security, Certificates Group Policy, Citrix policy, Citrix workload and balancing, Networking and Xen Server Host (operations, functionality, and clustering) [Required]
• Experience installing, configuring, and administering at least one Florida Hospital specific operating system [Required]
• Experience specific to applicable software [Preferred]
• Experience supporting a complex environment, with multiple locations and rapidly changing operational and technology changes [Required]
• Experience with Active Directory, Windows Server OS, Network troubleshooting, and messaging technologies [Required]
• Experience with backup and recovery [Required]
• Experience with Disaster Recovery [Preferred]
