    Position Highlights:
    Physician-led hospital
    Independent anesthesia practice (no CRNA supervision).

    Favorable Call Schedule:
    35 call days annually; 4 call lines (OB, Cardiology, Primary, Secondary). OB call is light ( 700 deliveries/year). All call is from home with a 30-minute response time.

    Compensation & Benefits:
    Million Dollar Earning Potential

    Sign-On Bonus:
    $300,000


    Base salary:
    $600,000

    (W2) ,

    $700,

    with flexible FTE options (down to 0.5 FTE). Additional compensation through voluntary extra call and flexible shift structures.

    Comprehensive Benefits Package:

    Qualifications:

    Degree:
    MD or DO required.

    Certifications:
    Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.

    Licensure:
    Eligible for Iowa medical license.

    Skillset:
    Proficiency in regional anesthesia preferred; option to avoid blocks if desired.

    Experience:
    Experienced anesthesiologists and new graduates welcome.
