- Develop learning solutions aligned with business needs and in harmony with our culture.
- Lead a team to create engaging learning programs that equip employees with the skills to shape the future.
- Work closely with partners to identify learning requirements and choose the best delivery methods.
- Manage team workload, set priorities, and ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and enhance solutions continually.
- Provide regular progress updates to senior management.
- Location: Can be based in any valid Verizon domestic corporate hub.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of six years of relevant experience.
- Experience in developing custom learning solutions and leadership roles.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Additional degree in HR or Learning and Development is a plus.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence at a senior level.
- Experience motivating teams to achieve desired outcomes.
- Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
