The press brake operator will set up operate and adjust press brake machinery to produce parts to specification select proper tooling dies and machine settings based on material type and job requirements cut form components from blueprint specifications or work orders to required tolerances work with steel aluminum or various curved angled parts identify machine requirements for each specific job perform routine machine troubleshooting basic maintenance ensure safe efficient operation inspect measure verify final parts using calipers gauges other precision tools maintain accurate production waste quality records as required ensure all products meet exceed quality output safety standards follow OSHA regulations company safety policies know adhere safety protocols specific press brake equipment maintain clean safe working area sweeping removing debris daily package finished parts prepare materials shipment next production stage assist areas manufacturing needed operating turrets panel benders presses other machinery training support company mission vision values part team attend required training sessions comply company policies procedures.
