    Your expertise will include:

    • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement initiatives to drive business growth and improve operational performance.

    • Team Management: Lead and mentor a diverse team of managers and staff across various functions.
    • Financial Management: Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, cost control measures, and resource allocation.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction operations, preferably in a senior leadership position.
    • Proven track record of delivering high-profile construction projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
    • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and implement business plans.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
    • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.

    Benefits

    We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
