Our Account Managers serve as the face of our organization, tasked with fostering relationships to position Abrazo Group as the primary staffing solutions provider.
Initiating connections through proactive outreach and networking, Account Managers engage potential clients by arranging introductory meetings to understand their hiring needs and present our value proposition.
They cultivate deep connections with hiring managers through regular meetings, shared meals, and engaging client events, aiming to become trusted, long-term partners.
By consistently delivering top-tier talent, our Account Managers strive to establish enduring business relationships founded on trust and exceptional customer service.
What will you do?Account Managers are paired with Recruiters to provide one-on-one mentorship
Comprehensive, individualized, on-the-job training allows you to learn at your own pace
Lead our expansion locally and regionally using unconventional and conventional sales tactics to acquire leads and new clients
Identify and execute opportunities to grow existing accounts and gain market share
Research and identify prospective clients and develop a strategy to break into new accounts
Build a strong alliance with the recruitment team to effectively execute and ensure a continuous focus on quality, results and superior customer experience
Effectively interact with our clients, candidates, and other stakeholders
What do you need to succeed?
1+ years of B2B sales experience
1+ years of sales experience in the staffing industry
Proven track record of acquiring and growing new accounts and meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Experience working in a consultative sales environment and with executive level decision makers
Experience using different sales tactics, such as cold email lead gen, cold calling, prospecting on LinkedIn (sales navigator) and social media
Must have great communication skills, a sense of urgency, and drive for results
Ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimum supervision
Creativity, collaboration, and the ability to work in high-growth, start-up environment
Pay Range
$75,000—$300,000+ USD
