    Job Description:

    • Treatment planning
    • Conduct IOA and fidelity of implementation on staff
    • Collect & organize data
    • Analyze data & review treatment plans
    • Develop and oversee the implementation of ABA programs for consumers
    • Communicate with funding sources
    • Provide staff trainings
    • Provide training and supervision for behavior therapists
    • Conduct individualized in-home parent trainings
    • Review data & write reports
    • Provide training and supervision in the field to behavior therapists

    Job Qualifications:

    • BCBA CERTIFIED CANDIDATES ONLY
    • Experience in supervision
    • 12 units of Early Childhood Development Credits
    • Spanish Speaking ( Preferred not required)

    Other Requirements:

    • Valid California Driver's License
    • Proof of valid car insurance
    • Good driving record
    • Live Scan background check
    • Must be available full time
