    Job Summary:

    As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, managing payroll, scheduling, key control policies, supplies, employee training, and maintaining cleanliness standards.

    Job Specifications:

    Outlet: Mountain Thunder Lodge

    Housing: Available

    Expected Pay Range: $24.49 / hour

    Schedule Availability: Full Time

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Assisting in managing the daily operations of the housekeeping department
    • Ensuring equipment is in good condition and maintaining a safe environment
    • Training staff on brand standard policies
    • Conducting daily meetings to set expectations
    • Tracking inventory and Lost & Found items
    • Inspecting work quality and productivity daily

    Job Requirements:

    • High school diploma required
    • 2+ years of housekeeping experience in hospitality
    • Effective communication in English
    • Proficiency in Spanish
    • Experience with Excel, IQ ware, and Microsoft applications
    • Previous supervisory experience
    • Strong organizational and team management skills
    • Knowledge of PeopleSoft
    • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects
    • Availability to work weekends and holidays

    The pay range for this position is $24.49 per hour, subject to individual considerations.
