    Job Summary:

    As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will provide essential nursing care under the supervision of healthcare professionals. Your role is crucial in ensuring quality patient care while upholding the organization's values.


    Key Responsibilities:
    • Demonstrate leadership skills and uphold organizational policies
    • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide personalized patient care
    • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information
    • Adhere to safety and quality standards in healthcare practices
    • Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and their families
    • Participate in ongoing education and performance improvement activities

    Basic Qualifications:
    Experience
    • Minimum of six (6) months of recent acute care experience
    • Experience requirement waived for current KP Coalition employees
    Education
    • High School Diploma/GED
    License, Certification, Registration
    • Active Vocational Nurse License (California)
    • Basic Life Support Certification
    Additional Requirements:
    • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
    • Willingness to adhere to Labor Management Partnership principles
    • Additional certifications may be necessary based on departmental needs
