    Job Summary: Join our team as a Product Manager focused on Content Supply Chain, where you will be instrumental in shaping the digital marketing landscape. Your role involves delivering high-value content and asset management tools that enable marketing teams to effectively implement our North American marketing strategy. We are looking for strategic, pragmatic, and creative digital product leaders who have a proven track record in launching and enhancing products with a keen analytical approach.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and own a product roadmap that clearly aligns with business values for each release across various workstreams.
    • Document marketing processes and identify pain points, developing marketer personas to inform experience improvements.
    • Collaborate closely with marketing stakeholders to define business objectives and success metrics.
    • Align solutions with our technology strategy to maximize continuous improvement and minimize total costs.
    • Develop and refine use cases to ensure alignment with business outcomes.
    • Create detailed user stories, prioritize product backlogs, and manage stakeholder engagement across functions.
    • Handle trade-offs concerning scope, resources, and timelines for feature sets of varying sizes.
    • Deliver enhancements and new features that meet business objectives.
    • Communicate product updates effectively, from release announcements to executive summaries.
    • Leverage the latest technological capabilities to recommend and plan innovative solutions.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to expedite decision-making.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years' experience delivering solutions based on Adobe Experience Manager.
    • Proven ability to utilize business and technical data for product planning and prioritization.
    • Demonstrated experience collaborating with design and engineering teams to deliver technology solutions that enhance customer experiences.
    • At least 4 years of experience in marketing technology within the retail industry, with a history of successfully delivering complex solutions.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in delivering solutions for marketing organizations in B2C contexts, preferably within retail or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industries.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a strong capability to analyze data to inform product decisions.
    • Extensive knowledge of agile development practices, methodologies, and tools.
    • Technical expertise in complex enterprise systems, both proprietary and commercial, that support customer-facing experiences.

    Work Environment: This role allows for remote work options and involves managing multiple initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. The role promises significant exposure and impact, influencing large-scale marketing initiatives that are directly experienced by consumers.

    The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55 to 60/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
