    Randolph Health is offering a sign-on bonus of $16,000 to eligible Physical Therapist new hires

    Randolph Health has been providing Physical Therapy services to the surrounding communities for over 80 years. Randolph Health's Medical Group is a Multi- Specialty Group consisting of physician practices and several Outpatient Physical Therapy locations.

    These off-campus Physical Therapy locations have expanded our footprint for rehab care throughout Randolph County and beyond while providing over 3,000 new patient evaluations and over 27,000 visits per year.

    These Physical Therapy locations are managed similar to free standing Physical Therapy offices with the security of being part of a larger system.

    Job Summary:


    Evaluates patients, plans treatment programs, and performs physical therapy procedures to restore function, prevent disability, and maximize the potential and quality of life following disease, injury, or surgery.

    Appropriately modifies treatment plans and procedures specific to pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric patients.

    Uses appropriate communication techniques for specific age groups and applies knowledge of growth and development and the aging process to achieve optimal results.

    Must be a graduate of an accredited college or university with a Bachelors of Science degree in Physical Therapy in a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.

    Must be licensed by the state of North Carolina as a Physical Therapist. New graduates acceptable. One or more years experience preferable but not required. Familiarity with JCAHO and other hospital regulatory agency standards, rules, and regulations.
