The Department of Dermatology has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Clinical Business Operations Representative 1 to work in Miami,FL. The incumbent performs general administrative and receptionist functions, to include answering incoming calls,
efficient management of patients and the acquisition of necessary patient care and records.
Responsibilities
- Facilitates the prompt resolution of problems related to pre and post care that arise in daily clinical operations.
- Prompts resolution including authorization signatures missing data other patient information answers multiple telephones direct calls documents messages appropriate software greets visitors callers handles inquiries directs them appropriate employee according needs cooperates fellow employees solve problems enhance smooth efficient flow practice provides coverage responsibilities coworkers assigned need arises develops promotes effective methods communicating physicians managers peers trainees staff regular basis maintains confidentiality all information adheres University unit-level policies procedures safeguards University assets.
