Job summary
Assist with maintaining a complete and accurate listing of all raw material inventory parts and costs. Communicate with vendors to obtain product or service information such as price availability delivery meet production requirements Review bid proposals negotiate contracts within budgetary limitations scope authority Determine method of procurement direct purchase bid Create bills materials products using combination product specifications engineering drawings observing building construction parts listing Audit maintain bills materials Enterprise Resource Planning ERP system Verify bills suppliers bids purchase orders approve payment Extrapolate analyze data generate reports cost structure profitability assist management pricing decisions Participate month-end closing activities coordination reconciliation physical inventory audits valuation work-in-process finished goods Discuss defective unacceptable goods services inspection quality assurance personnel users vendors determine source trouble corrective action Complete other duties responsibility required
