Job summary

We are looking for a Patient Experience Representative II to join our team at Merakey Total Health.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a healthcare front office and customer services, with strong leadership and technical skills. The role involves welcoming patients, checking them in, and guiding them through the EMR patient portal. The representative will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, verifying demographics and insurance, collecting co-pays and outstanding balances,

and providing accurate information regarding clinic services and billing policies.
