    • Present a clear, accurate, and digestible picture of the project to executive leadership while advocating for the team and development plans.
    • Use strong judgment to determine when and how to escalate issues, implement new tools, or overhaul processes.
    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Extremely strong knowledge of the marketplace, market trends, and data, with the ability to identify product improvements.
    • The ability to balance project demands with creative essentials and the player experience.
    • A solid project management foundation in various methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, with the ability to customize workflows to meet team needs.
    • A proactive, results-oriented self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency.
    • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate and influence across all levels of the organization.
    • Proficient in various production tools, such as Confluence, Jira, G-Suite, and Keynote.
    • Excellent oral and written communication and collaboration skills.
